Return & Refund Policy – AnchalWeaves

1️⃣ Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received a wrong product (different design, color, or item).

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as dislike of color, design, or change of mind.


2️⃣ Timeframe for Requesting a Return

You must inform us within:

  • 48 hours of receiving the product.

If 48 hours have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or refund.


3️⃣ How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at [add your support email] or WhatsApp at [add WhatsApp number] within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Your Order Number

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the damage or incorrect item.

    • A brief description of the issue.


4️⃣ Return Approval

  • Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

  • Once approved, we will:

    • Arrange a reverse pickup from your address, or

    • Request you to ship the product to our return address, and we will reimburse reasonable courier charges.


5️⃣ Conditions for Return

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in the original packaging with tags intact.

  • Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


6️⃣ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2–3 business days.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


7️⃣ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [add your support email].


8️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or coupons.

  • Products purchased under clearance sales or offers mentioning "No Return."
