At AnchalWeaves, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here is our clear and fair cancellation policy:

1️⃣ Order Cancellation Window

• You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it without any charges.

• After 6 hours, your order will have moved to processing or dispatch, and cancellation will not be possible.

2️⃣ How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation within the eligible time frame:

with your Order Number and registered contact details.

We will confirm your cancellation within 24 hours.

3️⃣ Refund on Cancellation

If you cancel within the eligible window:
✅ A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

4️⃣ Non-Cancellable Orders

We do not accept cancellations:

• After 6 hours of order placement.

• Once the order has been processed or dispatched.

• For customized or special orders (if applicable).
